As his business was done well, he was always too busy to greet his customers. Therefore,people often played a joke on him and said that gouzi only cared about selling stuffed buns but not about the people.As time went by,people changed gouzi to goubuli an his stuffed bun to goubulibaozi. Gui fa xiang ma hua (桂发祥麻花)： Three delicacies of Tianjin (津门三绝) Ma hua was famous for its special tasty flavor, crispness and sweetness. It was an excellent gift to friends.
