毕业论文 题 目 我国企业“走出去”战略的 SWOT分析 指导教师 （姓名及职称） **** 教授 [总评成绩： 良 ] 我国企业“走出去”战略的SWOT分析 经济与金融学院　经济学系　02级2班　** 200221047 指导老师：**** 讲师 内容摘要：本文主要选取了“走出去”战略的狭义内涵——中国企业的对外直接投资作为主要研究内容，阐述了我国企业“走出去”的意义和现状，表明了我国企业“走出去”的必要性，但是仅仅依靠我国企业自身的力量难以应对复杂的国际环境，必须加强政府的支持与协调作用。本文运用SWOT分析方法，对我国企业“走出去”战略的内在优势（Strength）、外在劣势（Weakness）、外在的机会（Opportunity）和外在的威胁（Threat）等等进行一系列的诊断分析，认为提高我国“走出去”企业的国际竞争力；优先让优势行业和地区“走出去”；顺应经济一体化，实现投资多元化；加强政策性金融支持力度，提高融资服务；利用出口信用保险，降低金融风险；鼓励民营企业和中小企业“走出去”。以弥补资源不足、优化我国产业结构，并抓住机遇促进经济发展等等。 关键词：“走出去”战略，内在优势，外在劣势，机会，威胁 The SWOT Analysis on Strategic of Chinese Enterprpise ’s “going out” Abstract：This paper has selected the strategic intension of narrow sense “going out” ——the external direct investment of Chinese enterprise to be major research content mainly, have elaborated the enterprise of our country present situation and the meaning of “going out”, have shown the enterprise of our country the necessaries of “going out”, but rely on the strength of the enterprise self of our country only to be hard reply complex international environment, the coordination and support that must strengthen government take affect. This paper utilizes SWOT analysis method, for the enterprise of our country, the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat of strategy“ going out ”, carry out a series of diagnosis analysis and so on, think that raise “our country going out” the international competition ability of enterprise；Comply with economic integration , realize investment diversity；Strengthen policy financial support intensity, raise financing service；Reduce financial risk using export credit insurance；So as remedy resource scarcity and the optimization industrial structure of our country, and grasp good fortune to promote economic development and so on.
