It becomes the key issue for the Chinese automobile accessory enterprises that how to take the advantage of the opportunity and to increase the competitive ability. In this paper, the primary object is the project management process of new product development of Chinese automobile accessory enterprises and discuss as the follows: At first, the whole architecture of the project management process of new product deveiopment theory which includes advanced ideas of Concurrent Engineering, Project Management,Process Management and Business Process Reengincering is introduced. The second, after analyzing the characteristic and status of project management process of new product development in the Chinese automobile accessory enterprises, and the demand of different development patterns of automobile enterprises on the development ability of automobile accessory enterprises f the technique of project management are put forward to using to plan’ control and supervise the process of new product development. The third, after surveying the SHB Co. and analyzing its competitive condition and business stratagem, the problem in the existing project management process of new product development of SHB Co. is discussed, and the prime plan of the project management process of new product development is introduced. At last, the project management process of new product development in SHB co. is reengineered, and the activities and tools in every phase especially the former 2 key phases are discussed, and it is confirmed that the process is a practical and effective one by SHB Co, practice.
