摘 要 本设计要求供暖系统保持24小时运行，并且减少工人的劳动强度就必须使热水锅炉自动运行，从而需要设计一套适合要求的自动控制系统，保证热水锅炉的鼓风机、给煤机及循环水泵的自动运行，并能实现温度控制、自动报警、停机计时、自动恢复等功能。整个系统由PLC和执行设备三大部分构成。PLC实现观调控变频则观调控两紧结合统变频务传统动严点To make to be provided for warm system to keep to circulate for 24 hours , and reduce the workers labor strength ,it have to make the hot water boiler automatically circulate, need to be design thus a set of in keeping with request of automatic control system, promise the drum breeze machine of hot water boiler and give coal machine and circulation water pump of auto circulate, and can carry out a temperature control and automatically report to the police, shut down to account hour, auto instauration etc. The whole system from place of honor several is three greatly part of composings with the PLC and the performance equipments.PLC realization of macro view adjust to control, but the frequency change machine then carry out a tiny view to adjust to control, both are close to combine, common completion the frequency change control mission of system.Overcame a tradition to provide the automation degree in the warm way not high, can consume the low etc. weakness of the severity, credibility. In the whole control system process, for the sake of the increment safety, prevent from occurrence the temperature super limit to cause the hot water boiler explode, adopt a set PLC to be responsible for control normal hot water boiler and control hot water boiler temperature.Request to breeze luck turn, after some time give the coal machine automatically circulates when the measure temperature is below the setting temperature, After the measure temperature attains enactment temperature, breeze machine, the coal machine stops in the meantime, the water temperature lowers gradually at this time, when it is low after enactment temperature, breeze machine automatically revolving, equally after some time the coal machine automatically revolves.Water pump operat automaticly when the water temperature more high than another
