正丁烷制顺酐VPO催化剂的评价及其动力学研究
摘要
正丁烷原料其单耗低毒性小对环境污染小,正丁烷。搭建了固定床小试,考察VPO催化剂的催化性能,进行了形状催化剂的研究在此基础上遴选出的J-1型催化剂并作为主要研究对象,对其进行了工艺条件,工业生产数据进行比较,在加热温度410、热点温度453、空速2200h-1、浓度1.65%的条件下,在单管反应器中反应转化率达84%、选择性达64%,收率高达54%,接近工业生产数据证明该单管反应器设计合理单管反应器作为催化剂工业应用和开发的考评,也可以用来优化操作条件进行了宏观动力学研究,为顺酐VPO催化剂的国产化及反应器的工业放大提供有效的数据支持。关键词:VPO催化剂;工艺条件;动力学
and kinetics Study of VPO Catalyst of n-Butane oxidation to Maleic Anhydride
Abstract
Because of low unite consumption, little toxicity and small pollution, the route of n-butane oxidised to make MA has been primary technology overseas. But VPO-catalyst has not been domesticated, catalystal development for making n-butane oxidized to produced MA is more and more important.
First lab scale fixed bed was set up for evaluating catalyst in this experiment and catalystal performance of VPO catalyst was valued. The effect of shape and diffirent activated way on catalystal performance were studied. Based on experiment datas, J-1 catalyst was choosen as studied object and was studied on technical conditions. Single fixed bed reactor of industry scale was set up and J-1 catalyst was studied on general technical condition. At the same time, the result in stable period was compared with industrial data, when the technology condition was temperature 453℃, n-butane concentration 1.65% and space speed 2200h-1, the result of percent conversion, selectivity, yield and weight yield was 84%, 64%, 54% and 92%. These datas were better than small scale experimental data and close to industrial report. It proved that the design of this single fixed bed reactor is reasonable and this reactor could be used to evaluate catalyst for industrial application and optimize operation condition.
Based on lab scale equipment, orthogonal experiment was carried out and macro-kinetics was studied. Through Levenberg-Marquardt and Universal Global Optimization, some coefficients were got. And effective data was used to support domestication of VPO catalyst and industry reactor scaling-up.
