让压管支护原理分析及让压特性实验研究 刘波涛,闫高峰,何双龙,袁得江,王龙龙 (中国矿业大学煤炭资源与安全开采国家重点实验 矿业工程学院,江苏徐州 221008) 摘要:深部软岩或困难复杂条件下巷道中出现大面积锚杆、锚索破断现象,是巷道支护面临 的又一难题,在不需要改进支护材料规格和材质的基础上,为了解决这个技术难题,节约支 护成本,研制出了锚杆、锚索让压管。从理论上分析了让压管的作用原理,巷道围岩发生大 变形,锚杆、锚索延伸量不能适应围岩变形,让压管预留压缩量补偿围岩变形,避免了锚杆、 锚索破断,同时实现高阻让压,阻止围岩变形。让压管力学特性实验研究基于 MTS815.02 型岩石伺服渗透试验系统,实验采用给定变形的方式,按照位移控制模式以 0.05mm/s 的速 度加载,测试了 3 组让压管的力学特性,实验结果表明,3 组让压管可分别配套于普通锚杆、 Φ17.8mm 的锚索、Φ19.8mm 的锚索使用。 关键词: 围岩变形;让压管;高阻让压;力学特性;实验 中图分类号:TD353 Principle analysis of the yield Supporting tube and its experimental research on yielding property LIU Botao, YAN Gaofeng, HE Shuanglong, YUAN Dejiang, WANG Longlong (State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, School of Mines, China University of Mining Technology, Xuzhou, Jiangsu 221008, China) Abstract: The phenomenon, that a lot of anchor bolts and cables were broken in the conditions of deep soft rock or complicated geological roadway, was another problem of roadway supporting technology. In order to solve this problem and reduce support cost without improve specifications and material, the yield tube of anchor bolts and cables was invented. Functional principle of the yield supporting tube was analysised in theory. When surrounding rock large deformation took place, anchor bolts and cables’ elongation couldn’t adapt to the large deformation. Then, the yield supporting tube was compressed to protect anchor bolts and cables from been broken. At the same time, it could keep high resistance and yield supporting to constraint surrounding rock large deformation. Mechanical property of the yield supporting tube was tested on the MTS815.02 Rock Mechanics Test System. Using the method of given deformation, the experiment adopted displacement-controlled modes with the speed of 0.05 metres per second to test the three types of the yield supporting tube s’ mechanical properties.
