江 西 理 工 大 学 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：初探中小型外贸企业如何发展电子商务 学 院：经济管理学院 专 业：电子商务 班 级：052班 学 生：陶晨晨 学 号：26号 指导教师：孙爱萍 职称：讲师 摘 要 在传统的国际贸易中，中小型外贸企业由于其自身固有的缺陷而缺乏竞争优势。但随着电子商务的迅速发展，不仅改变了传统货物贸易和服务贸易的形式和结构，还改变了对外贸易的形式和结构。电子商务的发展正引起国际贸易的一场重大变革。中小型外贸企业通过发展电子商务不仅能弥补不足还可以充分发挥自身的优势，从而在激烈的竞争中取胜。 本文通过分析中小型外贸企业的现状及电子商务对中小型外贸企业的影响，指出中小型外贸企业发展电子商务十分必要,中小型外贸企业的当务之急就是要积极发展电子商务，将电子商务广泛的应用于业务中。然后通过分析中小型外贸企业发展电子商务的现状，提出了中小型外贸企业发展电子商务应先解决内部信息化再制定符合实际的电子商务解决方案并从网络营销、客户关系管理、安全防范及人才培养等方面发展电子商务，最后以赣州PX金属材料有限公司为例具体阐述了中小外贸企业应如何开展电子商务。 关键词：中小型外贸企业；电子商务；国际贸易；第三方平台 ABSTRACT Because of its inherent flaws, the medium and small foreign trade enterprise lacks the competitive advantage in the traditional international trade. However, with the rapid development of electronic commerce, it has changed not only the form and structure of traditional trade of goods and services but also the international trade .The development of electronic commerce has raised the important reform of international trade. The medium and small foreign trade enterprise not only can make up its insufficiency through the development of electronic commerce also fully display its superiority. Thus, it wins in keen competition. This article through analyzing the present situations of the medium and small foreign trade enterprise and the influence of electronic commerce to the medium and small foreign trade enterprise indicates that the medium and small foreign trade enterprise develops the electronic commerce to be extremely essential. The pressing matter of the moment is to actively develop e-business and extensively apply e-commerce into business. Then this article proposes that the small forward foreign trade enterprise develop e-commerce solutions should be first inside information to set realistic e-commerce solutions and from the network marketing, customer relationship management, security guard and the cultivation of talents in developing electronic commerce. Finally, ganzhou PX metal material
