摘 要:以己酸菌SJ 为出发菌株，经“神舟八号”飞船搭载进行太空育种，返回地面后分离筛选，获得一株高产突
变株SJ－20，产酸能力比原始菌株提高了45% ，将该菌株应用于浓香型白酒生产，酒体中己酸、己酸乙酯等酸酯
类化合物含量增加，突出了典型性。

Abstract: To obtain space mutated strains of the highly organic acids by screening original SJ caproic acid bacteria in Shenzhou 8
spacecraft, we got high yield mutated strain SJ-20 . Production of organic acids of SJ-20 were increased by 45% than the original
strain. The strain was applied to luzhou-flavor liquor ferment, then increased the yield of acid ester compounds content in wine ,for
example caproic acid and ethyl caproate, so highlighted the typicality of Luzhou-flavor liquor .
