电力系统频率实时测量方法的研究

电力系统频率实时测量方法的研究 摘要 本文介绍了电力系统测频的数学表示形式,基本要求及电力系统频率偏移标准,较全面地阐述了电力系统频率测量的重要意义和这些年来的研究成果。还介绍了一些其他的电力系统频率测量的方法,综述了国内外在电力系统频率概念其测量技术方面的研究成果。以测频数学模型为依据,探讨了各种电力系统频率概念的异同;针对频率测量的目的,提出测量的基本要求;以测频算法的特征为线索对历史上各种测量算法进行了系统的分类与评述以及它们与本文提出的方法的比较和一些其他测频方法的比较,在阐述算法的数学原理的基础上,对各算法在编程实现难易、响应时间、计算精度、抗干扰性等方面的性能进行了仿真实验和比较,最后对电力系统频率测量提出了几条有益的建议。 本文还介绍了一种新的频率测量方法,所谓新的方法就是一种基于波形拟合技术和泰勒级数展开(PFTSE,Profile Fitting technology and the Taylor Series Expansion)的实时频率测量方法,并针对电压信号中谐波分量对测频精度的影响,设计了带通数字滤波器,对实时采集电压信号进行数字滤波处理以减小谐波成分,进而提高了测频精度。仿真表明算法实现简单、准确,对谐波有较好的抑制能力,适合于电力系统继电保护和测量的要求。 关键词电力系统;;频率测量 Frequency of the ower System of Real-time Measurement Method Abstract The mathematical model of frequency measurement for the power system is introduced in this dissertation, the basic request and the power system frequency deviation standard, comprehensively elaborated the electrical power system frequency measurement vital significance and these year research results. Also introduced some other electrical power system frequency measurement method, summarized domestic and foreign in the electrical power system frequency concept its survey technology aspect research results. Take the frequency measurement mathematical model as the basis, has discussed each kind of electrical power system frequency concept similarities and differences; In view of the frequency measurement goal, sets the survey basic request; Each kind of survey algorithm has carried on the system classification and the narration take the frequency measurement host algorithm value characteristic as the clue to the history in as well as they the method comparison and in some other frequency measurement method comparison elaboration algorithm mathematics principle foundation which proposed with this article, to various algorithms in programming aspect and so on realization difficulty, response time, computation precision, anti-jamming performance has carried on the simulation experiment and compares, finally put forward several beneficial proposa
