电子产品生产企业装备与工艺流程的现状与发展.doc

摘 要 随着电子行业的迅速发展，液晶面板制造技术的提高、液晶面板尺寸的扩大，液晶显示器件在平板电视方面的应用为液晶电视开拓了广阔的市场。液晶显示具有清晰度高，能耗低，寿命长，体积小等优点，受到了用户的广泛欢迎。 本毕业设计是结合自己在液晶电视生产公司的实习经历和自己相关的专业知识，对液晶电视生产工艺流程、主要零部件的生产工艺及主要生产和测试设备、质量管理体系及相关的销售体系进行了总结。本实习总结有帮助我加深理解电子产品（以液晶电视为例）的工艺流程，了解企业的生产管理体系，熟悉电子产品的相关标准和技术要求，也为我以后从事电子行业的相关工作打下了基础。 本论文总结了液晶电视现有的生产技术和工艺流程、展望了其发展趋势，为自己以后的工作提供了很大的帮助。 关键词：；；； Abstract With the rapid development of the electronics industry, the improving liquid crystal panel manufacturing technology, expanding of the size of LCD panel, liquid crystal display flat-panel television in the application for the LCD TV has developed a broad market. Liquid crystal display has advantages of high resolution, low energy consumption, long life, small size, etc., and so it is widely welcomed by users. The graduation-project is based on the experience in the LCD TV production companies and the related knowledge I has learned, and has a summary about production process of LCD TV, the main components of the production process and the main production and testing equipment, quality management system and the related marketing system. The subject will help me master the production process of electronic products (LCD TV), understand the production management system, be more familiar with the relevant standards for electronic products and technical requirements for electronic products and also provides a basis for my further development. The thesis gives the current production techniques and processes of the LCD TV industry and also prospect the looking to the future, provides great help for my work.
