万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 产业集群首先出现在制造业与高新技术产业，有效地提高了产业竞争力。近 年来，随着经济的发展与产业结构的调整，旅游业也渐渐出现集群化发展趋势。 世界上许多旅游目的地通过旅游产业集群战略整合旅游资源，协调旅游企业之间 的竞争与合作，促进了自身旅游业的发展。安徽省是一个旅游大省拥有丰富的旅 游资源，但是旅游业的发展相较于周边省份，却没有取得应有的成绩。将产业集 群理论代入旅游发展的研究，对安徽省实现由旅游大省向旅游强省过渡，有指导 意义。本文在此背景下，通过产业集群理论对安徽省旅游竞争力进行研究，以期 为安徽省旅游产业的发展提供一个新的视角。 本文首先在对国内外相关文献深入研究的基础上结合安徽省旅游产业自身 特点对旅游产业集群进行界定，并通过交易费用、协同效应、外部经济理论加以 解释。其次对安徽省旅游产业集群的发展进行分析，从不同角度深入分析了旅游 产业的发展现状和集群建设的必要性。针对遇到的问题，在参考相关文献的基础 上，构建旅游产业集群竞争力评价体系，并对竞争力评价体系进行简要说明。随 后通过SPSS软件使用因子分析方法,对安徽省省内城市按照产业集群竞争力得 分大小进行排名，并按照名次将城市分为三类。最后分别从个体和总体的角度为 提高安徽省旅游产业集群竞争力提供参考意见。 关键词：安徽省，旅游产业集群，竞争力，因子分析 I 万方数据 Abstract Industrial clusters which appeared in the manufacturing industry and high-tech industriesfirstly,improvedtheircompetitivenesseffectively.Inrecentyears,withthe development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, the tourism industryhas gradually appeared the clustertrend.
