As the first major category of Jiangsu’s export commodities, machinery and electronic products takes an important part in the economic development, it affects the general export, the advancement of technique, the construction of the manufacture and the employment, and so on. This paper expounds the development of mechanical and electrical products in Jiangsu province by the development of the status quo, aims at key issues of the export of mechanical and electrical products in Jiangsu province and puts forward the positive and effective strategies to promote the sustainable development of the export trade of mechanical and electrical products in Jiangsu province. Keywords： Jiangsu province; mechanical and electrical products; Export; Trade status; Method and strategy 一、江苏省机电产品出口贸易现状分析 （一）江苏省机电产品出口贸易概况 改革开放以来，江苏省机电产品出口飞速发展，到2012年江苏机电出口总额达到2175亿美元，占全省出口总额的66.20%。自2008年的经济危机以来，占江苏全省外贸进出口总额接近七成的机电产品也受到了金融危机的影响，国内外市场都很不景气，企业产能和出口订单明显减少，使之滞后于甚至拖累于全省外贸出口，增幅迅速回落，影响面很广。2010年以来，随着全球经济复苏，主要市场需求逐步回暖，加之前期基数较低、工业企业的不断调整等因素影响，出口呈现增长态势，规模以上工业企业利润大幅上升，江苏省外贸运行状况明显好转。2010年到2012年，
