摘 要 城市燃气化是城市现代化的重要标志，燃气工程是城市重要的基础设施之一。随着天然气的大规模利用，城市对天然气的需求将持续、快速增长。天然气逐渐成为城市发展不可或缺的资源。发展燃气事业，推广天然气的利用，是合理有效利用能源，保护城市环境，防止大气污染、促进生产和改善人民生活条件的重要措施。在新世纪，我国天然气工业已进入了一个新的发展时期。 本设计是U市燃气工程总体规划设计、燃气输配系统中各构筑物设计及某建筑单体燃气供应设计。U市城市面积12平方公里，城市人口36万人，气化率90%。此次城市天然气工程的总体规划共设计了两套方案。 方案一：设计门站储气，高、中压二级管网。长输管线的进气压力为1.6Mpa，天然气经过一级调压到0.8Mpa直接送入次高压管网，在用气低峰时，多余燃气再送入储罐；用气高峰时，储罐出气经二级调压到0.8Mpa再送入高压管网补充用气不足。方案中共设有四座区域调压站和一座几何容积6000m3储配站。工程造价总计2505万元。 方案二：设计门站储气，中压管网供气。长输管线的进气压力为1.6Mpa，燃气经过一级调压到0.45Mpa直接送入中压管网，在用气低峰时，多余燃气再送入储罐；用气高峰时，储罐出气经二级调压到0.45Mpa再送入高压管网补充用气不足。方案中设有一座几何容积4000m3储配站。工程造价总计2338万元。 经过对方案一、二的技术和经济的比较后，选择方案一。   ABSTRACT City natural Gas is an important symbol of urban modernization, the project of city natural gas is one of the importantt infrastructure. With the large-scale utilization of natural gas, the demand of city natural gas will gradually and rapidly grow Natural gas is becoming an integral part of urban development resources. Developing gas industry, and promoting the using of natural gas, it can take use of energy rationally and efficiently, improve and protect urban environment, prevent air pollution, and promote production and improve living conditions of the important measures. In the early 21st century, the development and production of natural gas is at its peak in china. It is a design of U city’s gas project planning, gas transmission and distribution system. The urban area of U City is 12 square kilometers, and the urban population 360,000 people. There are two plans for the city. Option 1: Gas transports in pipe networks by two different levels. The pressure of the gas in Long-distance pipelines is 1.6 Mpa. And it directly goes to the high-pressure pipeline network after decompression to 0.8 Mpa. In the low-gas, extra gas into the tank ; Gas Summit, Tank Export the gas to 0.8 Mpa further into the high-pressure gas pipeline network added inadequate.
