毕 业 论 文 （2010届） 题 目银川乐口福食品有限公司产品研发动因及对策研究----以蛋糕为例 学 院 新华学院 专 业 工商管理 年 级 2006级 学生学号 12006247813 学生姓名 李琳娜 指导教师 柳 兵 摘 要 　企业之间的经济竞争就是技术、人才、管理的竞争。企业如果能够拥有技术、人才、管理的优势，那么企业在市场经济竞争当中就能立于不败之地。而产品研水平的高低是决定企业是否能够拥有技术优势的关键因素，只有不断地加强和完善产品研发管理，不断提高产品研发的成功率，企业才能做到技术领先，实现持续、快速、健康发展。为此，本文在分析了银川乐口福食品有限公司产品研发管理现状，找出其存在的问题之后，提出符合该公司实际情况的产品研发对策措施，从而提高乐口福有限公司的市场竞争力，适应当今激烈的市场竞争环境，实现该企业的持续、快速、健康发展。 【关键词】食品企业，产品研发，存在问题，对策 Abstract In a sense, economic competition among enterprises is the technology, human resources, management, competition. If companies can have technology, talent, management strengths, then competition among enterprises in the market economy can be invincible. The level of the product research is to determine whether the enterprise can have technical advantages of key factors, they have to keep strengthening and improving product development management, and continuously improve the success rate of product development, business technology leaders can do to achieve sustained, stable development.
