网上交易安全问题调查研究.doc

摘要 随着互联网的发展,网上交易逐渐成为一种被人们接受的交易方式，在经济生活中发挥越来越重要的作用。然而，互联网所具有的开放性是网上交易方便快捷、广泛传播的基础，而开放性本身又会使网上交易面临种种危险。安全问题始终是电子商务的核心问题。 调查显示网上交易存在诸多问题，比如消费者对于购物网站提供的信息不满意、购物网站对于顾客信息的保护不完善、消费者对于自身安全的保护意识不够等。只有切实解决这些问题，才能保证消费者安全地进行网上交易。 为了从消费者网购中找出存在的安全隐患，给出有效的解决方案，本文从网上交易安全层面设计问卷，开篇简要叙述了本项目的背景和意义，介绍了具体调查方案的设计，通过对调查结果的分析说明网上交易存在的主要安全问题，在分析网上交易安全问题产生原因的基础上总结出风险防范措施，进而给出了相应的对策。同时从商家的角度进行探讨，提出提高网上交易安全的措施，给商家一定的参考，使买卖双方共享安全。 关键词 调查研究 网上交易安全 原因 防范措施 Abstract With the development of Internet, online trading has become an accepted way of trading, playing an increasingly important role in economic life. However, the openness of the Internet is the basis of convenient online transactions but will make the online transactions facing a variety of risk. Security issue has always been the core of e-commerce. Investigation shows there are many problems on the online shopping, such as the consumers are not satisfied with the information providing by shopping website, the protection of customer information is not perfect by the shopping website, the awareness of consumer for their own safety protection is not enough. Only solve these problems, it can ensure that consumers have the Internet transactions safely. To find out the security problems from the behavior investigation of consumer online shopping and give the effective solutions, This article designs questionnaire from the online transaction security level, the beginning describes the project background and significance, introduces the detailed design of the investigation, analysis the basic information of investigated people and the survey results to show the main safety problems of Internet transactions, analyze the results of investigation to make out the prevention measures of online transaction security risk and summarize the findings which have been put forward.
