节能减排绿色增长与金融支持 作 者 学 院 专 业 摘 要 近年来，中国的经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾，已经逐渐成为制约我国未来经济发展的瓶颈。为了实现社会经济的可持续发展，节能减排与绿色增长开始受到国家和企业的高度重视。在去年提出的十二五规划当中，更是把转变经济增长方式、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会、坚持科学发展观、实现可持续发展作为未来五年乃至更长时期内的主要任务。 但是对经济和环境的研究以及各国的经验来看，单纯的依靠传统经济方式和国家财政手段来发展绿色经济、实现节能减排是不可能完成的任务。因此若想最终实现节能减排与绿色增长，就必须有市场的参与，而金融支持则是重中之重。 本文在分析了西方发达国家和我国在金融支持节能减排绿色增长方面的一些现状，说明了金融支持在绿色经济方面的重要意义，通过国内外的比较看出我国目前在金融支持绿色经济方面的不足，并为完善我国金融支持绿色经济提出一些政策方面的建议。 关键词：节能减排 绿色经济 循环经济 低碳 金融支持 ABSTRACT In recent years, the contradictions between economic and environmental protection have been the bottleneck restricting the future economic development of China.
