中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床治疗研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.39 摘 要 目的：分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的治疗方法和临床疗效。方法：收治中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者59例，根据眼底荧光血管图片渗漏点的位置及患者意愿分别采取激光和药物综合治疗及单纯药物保守治疗，观察患者治疗后的自觉症状，矫正视力及眼底变化。结果：眼底造影图片显示渗漏点离中心凹250μm以外，发病时间短，及早进行激光治疗，激光术后结合药物综合治疗者，视觉质量及眼底情况会恢复得更快，更好。结论：激光光凝治疗可使渗漏点在短时间内愈合，缩短病程，并且损伤小， 操作方便，可重复治疗，光凝后结合口服卵磷脂络合碘胶囊综合治疗，疗效确切。 关键词 眼底荧光血管造影 激光 中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 综合治疗 Analysis of clinical treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy Sun Congcong Departmet of Ophthalmology，the Urban Hospital of Zichuan District，Zibo City，Shandong 255100 Abstract Objective：To analyze the treatment method and clinical curative effect of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods：59 patients with central serous chorioretinopathy were selected.We treated them with the laser and drug comprehensive treatment and pure medicine conservative treatment accorde to the fundus fluorescence vascular leakage point location and patients’ will，we observed the symptoms，visual acuity and fundus changes in patients after treatment.Results：The fundus angiography images showed that the leaking point at the foveal 250μm outside，the patients’ quality of vision and fundus situation will recover faster in which the patients with onset time was short，early laser treatment，after laser surgery combined with drug therapy.Conclusion：The laser photocoagulation treatment can make leaks healing in a short period of time，shorten the course of disease，and the injury is small，convenient，and it can repeatable treatment.The curative effect of after photocoagulation combined oral iodized lecithin capsules comprehensive treatment is exactly. Key words Fluorescence fundus angiography；Laser；Central serous chorioretinopathy；Comprehensive treatment 中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变是由于视网膜色素上皮（RPE）屏障功能失常形成黄斑部视网膜神经上皮浅脱离。本病简称中浆病，多见于20～45岁的青壮年男性，多单眼发病。本病是一种自限性疾病，一般3～6个月多能自行痊愈，但临床上有时可遇到一些经久不愈的慢性迁延性患者，患者视力下降明显[1]。一般认为发病后3个月未见缓解，黄斑部发生慢性浆液性脱离或明显影响患者视功能者需选择作激光光凝治疗[2]。现将我科2010年1月-2013年6月59例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者的临床治疗情况回顾分析，现报告如下。 资料与方法
