妇产科护理中感染问题研究和探析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.86 摘 要 目的：探讨妇产科护理中引起感染的相关因素及对策。方法：收治患者2500例，根据患者相应的临床资料和院内感染登记报告卡等信息，统计妇产科患者的感染率、感染部位和感染年龄分布的情况并进行分析。结果：妇科1500例患者共有64例患者发生感染，感染率4.27%；产科1000例患者共有14例患者发生感染，感染率1.4%。感染率排前两位的为呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染。妇产科患者随着年龄增长，感染率逐渐升高。产科由于年龄段比较集中，无特异性。结论：妇产科感染的发生中以妇科发生率较高，感染的部位以呼吸系统和泌尿系统为高，妇科感染的发生与年龄关系密切，采取相应的预防和护理措施，有效预防和减少感染的发生，促进患者的康复。 关键词 妇产科 感染 分析 Analysis and discussion of infection in obstetrics and gynecology ward nursing He Zhongxiu The Maternal and Child Hospital of Hengyang County，Hunan 421200 Key words Objective：To investigate the related factors and countermeasures of infection in nursing of obstetrics and gynecology ward.Methods：2500 patients were selected.We statisticed and analyzed the infection rate，site and age distribution in patients of obstetrics and gynecology ward，according to the clinical data of patients and infection registration cards information in hospital.Results：64 cases were infected among 1500 patients in gynecology，the infection rate was 4.27%；14 patients were infected among 1000 patients in obstetric ward，the infection rate was 1.4%.Both of the respiratory system and urinary system infection rate were the top two.Infection rate in the department of obstetrics and gynecology increased gradually along with the age growth.The infection rate distribution in different age have no specificity，because of the patients age are relatively concentrated in obstetric department.Conclusion：The infection rate in gynaecology was higher between the gynaecology and obstetrics department，the main infection sites were respiratory system and urinary system.Gynecologic infections are closely correlated with age.We should take related preventive and nursing measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of infection effectively，and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
