Unit 8 How was your school trip? Section B(3a-4)(教案) 临沂八湖中学 毛建芬 【教材分析】 本单元主要学习谈论旅游talk about school trip,以及talk about events in the past.春游、秋游是令学生兴奋地话题,学生很容易进入角色,引导他们注意英语中的时态,学会运用一般过去时来描绘过去发生的事。 本节课是本单元的读写课,主要是通过学习有关last day off的一封信,来让学生进一步学习如何描述在过去发生的事情,并能够在学完之后学会如何描述自己的last day off. 学生在学习了SectionA 以及SectionB的前半部分之后,已经接触了如何描述过去发生的事情并且已经掌握了相应的单词和短语,为本节课做好了充分的能力铺垫,因此学习本节课应该不是很难。 【教学目标】 Knowledge goal: Key words and phrases: luckily, umbrella, raincoat, day off, yard sale, have fun doing sth, all day, get wet 2. Ability goal: Improve students’ ability of reading and writing. Emotional goal: Students can communicate better with each other. Key points and difficult points Key points: How to improve students’ ability of reading. Difficult points: How to write a short passage according to the given information. 【教学方法】 Task-based teaching method and cooperative learning/learning in groups 【教学工具】 Multimedia 【教学步骤】 Step1 Warming up Task1: Show a picture of yard sale and explain what yard sale is. Task2: Guess: What did the teacher do on the last day off ? How was the day off? (这一环节既能提高学生的课堂兴趣,拉近师生间的距离。同时在此过程中可以引出本节课重要的单词。并且在自由讨论中贯穿了美育教育。) Task3: Survey: Make a survey about the last day off in groups.
