It is a kina of life about the spirit and culture which is under the mew historical condition. Nowadays, leisure is becoming more and more important in society. The purport of my article is to advocate participating in the leisure life with a correct way for more people. I hope people live a free and happy life that can make the life more meaningful. The first part is mainly about the leisure and the leisure culture. The difference between Chinese and western leisure culture is discussed in the second part, especially the cause of the phenomenon, so it make us be better conscious of the leisure culture. In the final part, I elaborate on the way of leisure in our country and make an analysis. Consequently, I put forward the importance of the leisure and advocate the correct way of it. Our country is paying more attention to the leisure and putting forward many measures. Which can make us think about the prospect of future and catch sight of the glorious foreground of the Chinese leisure.
