圆柱轴承辊子电化学光整加工装置的设计

摘要 电化学机械光整加工是现代一种非常有效地降低表面粗糙度的加工工艺。它充分利用了电化学和机械光整加工各自的优势,是在电化学的阳极溶解和磨粒的机械刮削作用匹配的条件下而进行的光整加工方法。本文针对圆柱轴承辊子的电化学机械光整加工装置进行了深入研究,介绍了各光整加工的机理和工艺特点,并对加工后的表面几何形貌进行了对比,表明复合加工的优势。而且在装置设计部分,对阴极头和各运动机构,以及电解液系统进行了设计,制作了夹心式阴极头,便于调节,以达到复合作用的匹配,保证光整加工效果,更好地降低轴承辊子的表面粗糙度。此外,对加工装置的零件校核,确保设备安全平稳地运行和足够的强度。本文设计的圆柱轴承辊子电化学机械光整加工装置结构简单,易操作,便于广泛应用。 关键词: 电化学机械光整加工 表面粗糙度 圆柱轴承辊子 装置设计 Abstract Electrochemical mechanical finishing is a very effective machining process in reducing surface roughness. It makes full use of their advantages in electrochemical finishing and mechanical finishing, and is a finishing method under the conditions of the matching between the electrochemical anodic dissolution and abrasive mechanical scraping action. Based on the cylinderical bearing roller electrochemical mechanical finishing device, we conducted in-depth research, introduced the finishing machining?principle and technical characteristics in the paper. And their each processed surface geometrical topography were compared. The result indicated that the composite processing have a better advantage. And in the part of the device design, I designed the cathode head and each movement mechanism, as well as the electrolyte system, and making the sandwich type cathode head, which adjust conveniently, in order to achieve the matching of the combined effects and ensure the finishing effect, effectively reduce the bearing roller surface roughness. In addition, checking the processing equipment parts is used to ensure the operation safe and stable, and have sufficient strength. In this paper the design of cylindrical bearing roller electrochemical mechanical finishing device has the advantages of simple structure,easy to operating, and is convenient for wide application.
