After years of the development, the colleges and univerisities have made certanin progress in running the school, but they have some unavoidable contradictions and problems which will seriously influence the survival and development of the local newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities. To promote the scientific development of the local newly-established undergraduate colleges and univerisyties will meet the nood to rapidly realize the strategic transformation and the need of the survival and development of the local newly-established undergraduate colleges and univerisities.
