摘 要:垃圾桶是一种专门盛放垃圾的容器,为了提高城市的品位,先后出现了多种款式的垃圾桶。当前多数的垃圾桶虽然在清洁我们生活的同时,也能给我们带来美的享受,但是也会带来诸多不便,如清洁工人劳动强度过大,不便自动化运送垃圾;更重要的是会造成二次污染,尤其是渗滤液的污染。利用Solidworks三维机械设计软件其强大的设计功能,设计了一种新型环保垃圾桶,并根据系统功能要求,分析设计了各个零部件,紧接着通过其在电脑中模拟仿真了机构的运动。经过可行性分析,与现在广泛使用的垃圾桶的对比,证明这种新型环保垃圾桶能有效防止垃圾中转时产生的二次污染,突现出它比其它种类垃圾桶更环保。并且能大大提高工作的工作效率,并可使在完成同等的清洁工作下降低成本。同时也是响应“城乡清洁工程”的号召。预期在“城乡清洁工程”的进行中崭露头角。最后,总结了当前的工作,并对下一步的改进进行了展望。
