基于SOLIDWORKS的新型环保垃圾桶的设计 Design of new’s Environment Protection Garbage Can Based on SOLIDWORKS 单 位：贺州学院 院 系：物理与电子信息工程系 班 级：07模具设计与制造 带队老师：杨雄珍 指导老师：常宏斌 李素云 韩彦良 设 计 者：周少卫 摘　要：垃圾桶是一种专门盛放垃圾的容器，为了提高城市的品位，先后出现了多种款式的垃圾桶。当前多数的垃圾桶虽然在清洁我们生活的同时，也能给我们带来美的享受，但是也会带来诸多不便，如清洁工人劳动强度过大，不便自动化运送垃圾；更重要的是会造成二次污染，尤其是渗滤液的污染。利用Solidworks三维机械设计软件其强大的设计功能，设计了一种新型环保垃圾桶，并根据系统功能要求，分析设计了各个零部件，紧接着通过其在电脑中模拟仿真了机构的运动。经过可行性分析，与现在广泛使用的垃圾桶的对比，证明这种新型环保垃圾桶能有效防止垃圾中转时产生的二次污染，突现出它比其它种类垃圾桶更环保。并且能大大提高工作的工作效率，并可使在完成同等的清洁工作下降低成本。同时也是响应“城乡清洁工程”的号召。预期在“城乡清洁工程”的进行中崭露头角。最后，总结了当前的工作，并对下一步的改进进行了展望。 关键词：环保、垃圾桶、Solidworks。 Garbage is a specialized garbage containers in full bloom, in order to improve the grade of the city, has appeared in a variety of models of the garbage.
