补中益气汤配合低分子肝素钙预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成效果和安全性探究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨补中益气汤配合低分子肝素钙对预防髋关节术后下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法：将148例患者随机分为治疗组75例和对照组73例。治疗组于术后给予补中益气汤配合低分子肝素钙，对照组仅给予低分子肝素钙。比较两组术后下肢深静脉血栓及不良反应的发生率，并于术后第3天检测患者血小板计数及凝血四项。结果：治疗组术后下肢深静脉血栓6例，发生率为8.00%，对照组术后下肢深静脉血栓10例，发生率为13.70%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论：补中益气汤配合低分子肝素钙预防髋关节术后深静脉血栓形成疗效确切，对凝血机制无影响，安全性好。 【关键词】 下肢深静脉血栓；补中益气汤；低分子肝素钙；疗效；安全性 doi：10.3969/j.issn.2095-4174.2014.01.006 Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in Preventing the Formation of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Lower Extremity after Hip Operation ZHU Ying-jie，ZHANG Xiao-dong，WANG Hui-chao，LIU You-wen 【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in preventing the formation of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity after hip operation.Methods：148 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （75 cases） and the control group （73 cases），the former given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium and the latter treated by low molecular weight heparin calcium after operation.Comparison of the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was made and the blood platelet count （BPC） and four items of blood coagulation were detected after 3 days of operation.Results：There were 6 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in the treatment group，the incidence rate being 8.00%，and there were 10 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in the control group，the incidence rate being 13.70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip operation had an curative effect，with no influence on blood coagulation mechanism，safe and worthy of clinical appli
