中 南 大 学 CENTRAL SOUTH UNIVERSITY  本科毕业论文(设计) 论文题目 水泥回转窑电控系统的PLC改造 学 院  中南大学成教学院 专业班级 电气工程及其自动化  学生姓名      完成时间  2011.3.15   指导老师 摘要 在我们国家,本文先简要叙述了课题背景、国内外发展目前状况、原理,接着主要阐述了如何设计系统,其中包括软件的设计。 ABSTRACT In our country, the cement industry and vast development space, it is the cement industry development opportunities, but also the rapid development of cement industry has brought the country and world heritage resources, energy and environment of the three factors. In this era of opportunities and challenges, we must of traditional cement industry development pattern, we can reflect because cement industry development bring lots of loss and pollution and stop cement industry development, the correct choice should be the way of sustainable development. This paper using mitsubishi PLC control system design of cement rotary kiln, through the design of hardware and software to achieve the optimal control principle. This paper first briefly describes the background and development at home and abroad present topic, the working principle of cement rotary kiln, and then mainly expounds how to design the cement rotary kiln system, including the design of software and hardware. Use a lot of internal auxiliary relay and PLC programmable timer, in order to meet the required subsequent relay contacts and delay. Auxiliary motors, burning car controls are simpler, relay contactor controlling, useless in PLC control. But the reducer and wheel lubrication station is in control of hydraulic station under PLC control effect. The mud kiln after connection of PLC hardware circuit and software need to rely on operation to complete control function, both with the normal operation of the system can guarantee.
