中国ⅩⅩ银行存款业务变革研究—以ⅩⅩ市分行为例 摘 要 存款业务作为ⅩⅩ银行的中流砥柱业务在整个ⅩⅩ银行运营中的作用是无可替代的，银行存款业务问题由此就成为了资金运作问题中的核心问题。由于存款业务出现的问题直接影响到ⅩⅩ银行的存款额，会对ⅩⅩ银行的各种资金运用产生不良的影响。因此如何找出存款业务中出现的问题及原因，并通过法律、金融、策略方面和借鉴国内外商业银行改革经验找出解决的方法去吸引客户的闲散资金、提高客户的信任度，已经成为ⅩⅩ银行在发展过程中必须要面对的一个现实。 本文通过以ⅩⅩ市ⅩⅩ银行分行为例来反映ⅩⅩ银行存款业务发展中遇到的外部和内部问题，并从法律、金融和策略三方面给出外部问题的建议和措施，给ⅩⅩ分行存款业务一个稳定的外部环境；结合当前国内外银行解决存款业务问题的成功经验给出内部问题的建议和措施，给分行存款业务一个团结安全稳定的内部环境。从而造就出一个符合银行运作的强大助手，一个外部和谐内部安定的发展环境，来保证银行各种经营中资金的充实性、流动性和盈利性。 【关键词】：ⅩⅩ银行　存款业务　业务变革　建议措施 Abstract Deposits as a mainstay of the agricultural bank of business operations in the agricultural bank of the role is irreplaceable, bank deposit business problems thus becomes the core problem in the capital problem.
