Single needle: any one-line stitching and the upper can be turned freely. Double needles:two needles side by side; Stitch two parallel stitching lines in one time. Skiving machine - Skive special material before stitching, such as suede or thick material. Laminator - The material will be coated glue after going throug the machine, prepare for laminatation or reinforcements. Machine Stitching process Upper material - The cut material will be used for stitching: Lable: NO. model name, color, qty size Material: all upper components Draw lines - Draw lines on material base on patterns for stitching or coating reference: Silver pen:dark material Pencil: - 2B for colored material - 2H for light material Stitching process Abutted Blind seam - Stitch two separate componets together by zigzag machine: Hammer seam - Hammer the seam to flat the folded edges: Abutted seam Blind seam Stitching process Stitch lining and any others - Laminate/coat any necessary reinforcements before stitching linings, such as toe box or inner counter.
