畜禽养殖废水污水处理站的设计 摘要:畜禽养殖废水主要来源于畜禽的粪尿和冲洗废水废水中含有重金属、残留的兽药和大量的病原体等污染物如不经过处理就排放于环境或直接农用，会对当地生态环境和农田周围环境的水质造成较为严重的污染，进水的BOD5为1200 mg/L，COD为2000mg/L，废水的可生化性好；处理后出水的BOD5为41 mg/L，COD为87mg/L。 本设计采用预处理→水解酸化→处理工艺，BOD5的去除率是42.3％，COD是45.7％；生物接触氧化阶段BOD5的去除率是85％，COD是80％。经该工艺处理后的出水可以达到《中华人民共和国规模畜禽养殖业行业标准》，总投资为91.6万元,运行成本为2.69元/。 关键词：畜禽养殖废水；生物接触氧化；有机废水；水解酸化 The Design of Sewage Treatment Station of Livestock Wastewater Abstract: Livestock wastewater is a high concentration of organic wastewater,mainly derived from animals’ waste and the wastewater by washing.The wastewater contains mang pollutants, such as heavy metals,residues of veterinary drugs and large numbers of pathogens and so on, If leting it out to the environment or directing to the farm-oriented without bing treated,it wil lead more serious water pollution to the local ecological environment,the surrounding farmland and the water quality of the surrounding environment.The daily handling capacity of the design of sewage treatment station of livestock wastewater is 100,BOD5 is 1200 mg/L and CODcr is 2000mg/L of influent water,and the biodegradability of wastewater is good. By the process,BOD5 is 41 mg/L and CODcr is 87mg/L in effluent water. This design adopts the techonlogy in the following: pretreatment→hydrolyzation acidification→biological contact oxidation,on the stage of hydrolyzation acidification the removal of BOD5 is 42.3%,CODcr is 45.7%;on the stage of biological contact oxidation the removal of BOD5 is 85%,CODcr is 80%.And on the stage of acid hydrolysis macromolecular material can be hydrolyzed to small molecules,decreasing the organic load of biochemical treatment of follow-up phase,achieving the better effect of the biochemical.Treated water may achieve thePRC-scale animal husbandry industry standards. The station’s footprint is 4496,the total investment is 916.000 yuan,the operating cost is 2.69 yuan /.
