I would like to express my warmest gratitude to my supervisor Mr zheng, for his instructive suggestions and valuable comments on the writing of this thesis. Without his invaluable help and generous encouragement, the present thesis would not have been accomplished. Besides, I wish to thank my colleagues Zhao yin ran, who helped me search for reference. My heart swells with gratitude to all the people who helped me. 摘 要 英国语言学家威尔金斯曾经说过:“没有语法,人们表达的事物寥寥无几,而没有词汇,人们则无法表达任何事物。”由此可见,词汇教学在语言教学中占有重要的地位。 关键词:词汇 有效性 Abstract Britain linguist Wilkins had said: “if does not have the grammar, the people express the thing is very few, but if does not have the glossary, the people are unable to express any thing.” Thus it can be seen, the glossary teaching holds the important status in the language teaching. In mine teaching process, I discovered that students vocabulary is small, it has created the enormous barrier for Listening 、reading、speaking and writing. Along with new semester vocabularys enlargement, many students felt the glossary studys difficulty, they could not find the effective glossary study method, this has caused the interest of English study dropped.
