针对“双十一”快递压力的思考摘 要随着电子商务的迅猛发展，快递行业表现出前所未有的活力。快递服务作为日常函件和物品递送的重要方式已成为人们的日常之需。“双十一”是指每年11月11日大型的电子商务网站利用这一天进行的大规模网购打折等促销活动。由于交易量巨大造成了发货时间延迟、物流配送中心爆仓、物流运输及物流信息反馈不及时等问题。“双十一”促销带来的“爆仓”问题不仅困扰着淘宝等国内电商巨头，同时也是一些大型快递配送公司的一大难关。我国的快递企业起步晚，发展不成熟，物流能力还有所欠缺。因此，如何有效的改善我国快递业服务质量就成为本文研究的出发点。本研究首先分析我国快递行业的发展现状，找出目前我国快递业服务在电商大规模促销等带来的包裹量激增情况下面临的压力和所暴露的行业弊端，分析压力产生的原因并结合国内某快递企业的服务现状提出解决“双十一”时代快递压力问题的切实可行的对应之策。关键词:双十一 快递 压力 AbstractWith the rapid development of electronic commerce，the express industry shows unprecedented prosperity. Express delivery service has been deeply rooted into our daily life as a major channel for the delivery of general mail and goods．Double eleven refers to the large-scale online shopping discounts on November 11promoted by E-commerce Website. Due to the huge trading volume，the issues that delay in the delivery time, distribution centers’ running out of their warehouses, untimely transport and logistics information feedback are caused. These problems not only challenge “Taobao” and other domestic electricity supplier giants, but also a big storm of major express delivery companies. Our courier companies started late, the development is immature and logistics capabilities are lacking. Therefore，this dissertation focus on the solution of improving the express delivery service quality of Chinas express delivery industry.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the current development situation of domestic express industry. Secondly, the facing pressure and the shortcomings of express industry exposed large-scale online shopping discounts are summarized.
