SCOPE 范围 The procedure applies to all PC project work and employees. 本程序适用于所有的PC 项目作业和人员。 DEFINE定义 Normal work time正常工作时间：From 7:00 - 19:00 （summer season :May- October） Monday to Saturday From 7:00 –18:00 (winter season: November-April) NIGHT SHIFT WORK夜班作业: Everyday after19:00（summer season May- October） Everyday after 18:00(winter season November – April) OVERTIME 加班作业：From Monday to Saturday after 19:00 and Sunday all day (summer season May-October) PROCEDURE 程序 For some kinds of high risk works, such as radiograph/heavy lifting /blocking the traffic/ excavation outside project will impact other projects. The contractor who implements the high risk work should submit the NOTIFICATION to BTSS project HSE department or BTSS safety manager previously. BTSS safety manager will be responsible for coordinating and communicating within whole PC project to prevent unrelated personnel entering into the work area and being injured.
