To keep the balance, the powerful countries cannot develop quickly forever. Because of the amazingly development in the past ages, they lose the potentiality in many aspects. On the contrast, developing countries have got a huge space to improve themselves. They could catch up with the pace of developed countries in this period when a great number of developed countries feel difficult to get further improvement. As the developed countries are developed much slower, the developing countries ought to develop extremely rapidly. However, the fact is unexpected in some degree. On average, the development situation is far from expectation. Some of them developed really slowly, which makes them seemhaving nothing improved. And some of developing countries are even walking backward. As for this strange phenomenon, there must be some vital reasons hide behind. As far as I’m concerned, the developing world’s biggest impediment to development is the obstruction from the developed countries. Developed countries hinder developing countries in political, economic and cultural aspects. With the time passing by, the methods adopted by the developed countries became more and more facially reasonable. However, essence didn’t change and even became more lethal. Developing countries have suffered from these for a long time, but they still failed to make some effective methods into effort so as to solve the development dilemma. As for the solution, developing countries can overcome the impediment in political, economic and cultural aspects, too. To fight against the trap created by developed countries on purpose, developing countries need to adopt legal ways, or t
