Grade 8(Book2) Module4 Unit2 New technology Teaching Plan I. Teaching aims: Introduce new technologies. Help students to know how to use the video camera on a mobile phone and perate a CD recorder. And give instructions of using a piece of technology. II. Knowledge point: Vocabulary and Phrases： Pres, button, take a video, instruction , copy, memory, record, second, come on, lady, gentleman, borrow……from……, lend……to……,?turn on, turn off, turn up, turn down, send sb sth / send sth to sb　 Key sentences: ①Television are under so much pressure to live up to the perfection that is represented on the screen. ②Doctors couldn’t say what was wrong because they didn’t know what kind of snake it was. Grammar: ①理解并会运用“If 条件状语从句,祈使句: 由if引导的条件状语从句表示在某种条件下某事很可能发生.当主句谓语动词以某种形式表示将来时间概念时，条件状语从句中的谓语动词通常要用一般现在时表将来。Eg: If you see him , give him this letter . 其他可以引导条件状语从句的先行词：supposing,provided,but for,… 祈使句的特点: 1）. 由动词原形开头; 2）.形式上没有主语, 但暗含的主语往往是you; 3）. 祈使句的否定句是在句首加上dont. ②．lend 和borrow 的区别： i. lend将某物借给某人（1）主语+lend+人+物 eg:I lent a friend a pen .（2）主语+lend+物+to+人 eg:I lent money to a friend .ii. borrow 向某人借某物?: 主语+borrow+物+from+人 eg:I borrowed a book from my teacher . ③ other，others的辨析： i. other: 其它的，泛指，other+复数名词，指其他的人或物??? ii. others: 表示泛指，相当于other+复数名词，指其他的人或物／其他的，另外的人或者事，它一般跟some连用。the other表示特指，有限定的范围，与单数名词连用，指两者中的另一个。 III.
