S1: It was invented in 1885. T: When were electric slippers invented? S2: They were invented last year. T: Who were they invented by? S3: They were invented by Julie Thompson. T: What were they used for? S4: They were used for seeing in the dark. 二、自主答疑 1、拼读、记忆单词 2、【新词自查】根据汉语提示完成单词。 (1)The boy lost his parents during the last year’s _____________ (地震).
