Faced with the questions that how a leader in business can perform perfectly, numerous merits amount to my brain, among which I think requisite is the innovative spirit, financial management and negotiation skills. To begin with, innovative spirit, in my opinion, is a necessary quality. As a society developed dramatically, all things are tend to be more fresh, more fantastic and move forward day by day. In such circumstances, innovation is undoubtedly important. A good leader should make reformation in every ministry of personnel, finance, propaganda, technology, marketing and so on, to keep consistent pace with trend of the society full of creativity, innovation, progress. Li Shiming, for example, the excellent emperor of Tang Dynasty, in his seat, he demolished the adverse rules, and boldly legislated new and agreeable laws. Since then, the Tang Dynasty has been in a flourish and prosperous state. Thus, innovation is a quality which can help a company make great achievements and has a bright future. Secondly, financial management is also essential for a qualified leader. Upper-construction is controlled by financial fundament. If a leader can manage the company’s finance smoothly, effectively and rightly, all the other sectors will be operated in a quite agreeable way. Yet, when there is any problem caused by finance, which may be the mistake of the leader’s management, the company is bound to step into slump, turbulence, and even bankruptcy. As finance is rather principal, from my viewpoint, well finance management is also a key quality of a good leader.
