 毕业设计说明书 1200KW防爆导热油电加热控制系统设计 专业 电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名 朱 敏 华 班级 BD电气041 学号 0420610131 指导教师 王 秀 琳 完成日期 2008年6月10日 1200KW防爆导热油电加热控制系统设计 摘 要：电热油炉是以电热升温，采用导热油作为传热介质，在闭路循环系统中以低压、高温状态下运行，直接释放热量，从而达到提供热源目的的有机载体加热设备。系统设计任务就是对防爆导热油电加热控制系统实现自动化控制，并具有各种安全保护、设定、显示等功能。 设计首先介绍了防爆导热油电加热控制系统的研究背景和意义，以及防爆导热油电加热装置的工作原理，并根据设计要求，提出控制方案；其次介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计；硬件组成主要有：控制器、温度变送器、触摸屏、A/D转换器以及各种执行器；根据控制要求，控制器选用三菱公司FX2N可编程控制器、触摸屏选用HITECH产品；在此基础上完成了电气原理图和控制电路的设计；软件设计主要有：温度控制、系统保护、故障显示和报警程序设计；最后，还进行了人机对话系统设计和安装、调试、维护。 设计系统自动化程度高，功能齐全，运行可靠，数字显示和人机对话，操作简便，控制精度高, 可靠性高, 现场运行效果良好。 关键字：电热油器；PLC；触摸屏  Design of control system of 1200KW explosion-proof heat conduction oil electric heating Abstract: The oil-heating furnace is heated up with electricity by organic carrier. System adopt oil of transmitting caloric as medium, run in the state of low pressure and high temperature ,release quantity of heat directly, so realize heats supply. This system is designed for auto controlling explosion-proof heat conduction oil electric heating system; at the same time it has the functions of safety, setting, display. This system first introduces the background and meaning of explosion-proof heat conduction oil electric heating system. and the working theory, the control project, secondly it introduces the design of hardware and software, the hardware is composed of controller, Temperature transmitting instrument ,A/D Switch and all kinds of the performers, according to the control request, the controller is FX2N of Mitsubishi, the touch screen is the production of HITECH, based on that, the electrical drawing and the design are finished, the software design is including : temperature control, the protect of system, the display of fault, the design of the alarm programmer. At last, the design and installation of man-machine conversation are carried through.
