本科毕业设计说明书 PLC在龙门刨床电控系统中的应用设计 PLC CONTROL SYSTEM IN LONGMEN PLANER APPLICATION DESIGN 学 院：电气工程学院 专业班级：电气07-2 学生姓名：刘辉 指导教师：胡霞副教授 2011年05月 日 PLC在龙门刨床电控系统中的应用设计 摘要 龙门刨床具有门式框架和卧式长床身的刨床。龙门刨床主要用于刨削大型工件，也可在工作台上装夹多个零件同时加工，是工业的母机。龙门刨床的工作台带着工件通过门式框架作直线往复运动，空行程速度大于工作行程速度。横梁上一般装有两个垂直刀架，刀架滑座可在垂直面内回转一个角度，并可沿横梁作横向进给运动龙门刨床； 刨刀可在刀架上作垂直或斜向进给运动；横梁可在两立柱上作上下调整。 PLC（Programmable Controller）是为工业控制应用而设计制造的。它是在传统的顺序控制器的基础上引入了微电子技术、计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术而形成的一代新型工业控制装置，目的是用来取代继电器、执行逻辑、记时、计数等顺序控制功能，建立柔性的程控系统。 关键词：龙门刨床，PLC，继电器，控制装PLC CONTROL SYSTEM IN LONGMEN PLANER APPLICATION DESIGN ABSTRACT Longmen planer have door type framework and horizontal long lathe bed of planers. Longmen planer is mainly used for cutting large-sized workpiece, also can be in workbench jacket clip multiple parts and processing, industrial tools.
