Model 400 features Gigabit Ethernet and is performance rated at 622 Mbps. This is the fastest performance in the industry, making the solution ideal for high-speed IP VPNs. In this environment, customer are able to run a variety of applications simultaneously, such as network storage, Enterprise portals, and VoIP. The F5 solution is ENTERPRISE READY and offers flexible deployment options. If you have a collapsed backbone architecture, we support that configuration. If you have a redundant network architecture such as HSRP (hot standbye routing protocol), we transparently support that configuration as well. We offer enterprise management and reporting capability to monitor and maintain your network of F5 appliances. From a central console, network managers have the ability to log on to all F5 devices and report on network-wide application performance. The WANJet combines application acceleration, WAN optimization and traffic shaping into one single appliance.
