甘露消毒丹中药颗粒剂治疗普通型小儿手足口病临床观察及护理﹡ 侯新华 管小江 管小涛 马海棠 陈玉祖 兰小青 杜玉香 丁春艳 （新疆哈密红星医院感染科 哈密 839000） 【摘要】 目的 通过对67例手足口病疗效的临床观察以探寻其发病规律和治疗方案。 方法 将67例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为中药组37例和西医对照组30例，中药组在对症治疗的基础上采用甘露消毒丹中药颗粒组方联合治疗 ，西医对照组在一般治疗的基础上采用利巴韦林注射液治疗 ；对确诊患儿严格消毒隔离和病情观察，做好皮肤、口腔护理以及饮食指导和健康教育。 结果 中药组和西医对照组治疗的总有效率分别为100%和86.66%，两组在症状、体征消失的时间上有显著性差异（P0.01）。结论 两组治疗均有效，甘露丹中药颗粒剂组方治疗小儿手足口病效果较对照组疗效为最佳，值得推广。 【关键词】甘露消毒丹颗粒剂 普通型手足口病 临床观察 护理 The dew of ordinary Chinese medicine granule disinfection Dan treatment of pediatric hand, foot and mouth disease clinical observation and nursing care HouXinHua GuanXiaoJiang guanxiaotao MaHaiTang ChenYuZu LanXiaoQing DuYuXiang DingChunYan Xinjiang hami red star hospital HaMiShi 839000 China 【Abstract 】 Objective to 67 cases through the curative effect of hand, foot and mouth disease clinical observation to explore its pathogenesis regularity and treatment.
