TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY FACILITIES GENERAL STIPULATIONS The overall plot plan shall observe the following stipulations: The overall plot plan shall be designed according to the demands of construction arrangement, construction methods and construction schedule, while meeting the requirement of construction, living and onsite management The overall plot plan shall be synthetically arranged according to on-site landform, permanent establishment, transportation road and construction sequence. The determination of productive temporary architecture area shall be according with the construction period, the amount of work, and meet the processing requirement of special engineering. The temporary establishment shall accord with the requirement of security, fire prevention and explosion prevention, and stick to the principals of economical and utility, and consider applying disassemble and movable structure as possible as it can for repetitive using. On-site office: Apart from dangerous storehouse and processing site, high noise and high dust areas like emergency power generation room and convenient excess to the gate of construction site. Temporary water-supply facilities Temporary water-supply facilities shall meet with the requirement of construction, production, living and on-site fire-fighting.
