C9T3 Recently,there has been a heated debate about how much effect it will make on public health to establish sports facilities.Some people think that sports facilities involve more people in exercise while others claim that it is of little effect on public health so other measures are also needed. From my point of view,doing sports is certainly a good way to relax ourselves and keep fitness.With more sports facilities built in public places,people have more access to sports since it become easier and convenient.As a result,people prefer to play sports rather than stay at home,which lead to couch potato and computer addiction. However,it is obviously inadequate to focus on sports only in order to improve public health.In addition,other measures like system and health education are required as well because the limited effect the sports have.Sports can prevent the illness but can’t provide treatment for patient who has been attacked by sickness.In other words,without medical care,sick people who are unable to pay the bill or offer the medicine are exposed to pain and death.Besides,health education raise people’s awareness of keeping fit and lead them to a healthier lifestyle,including sports and health diet. In conclusion,I am convinced that sports facilities is of great benefit to health while it is only one of action should be taken in public health care. C9T1 Nowadays,there is a bitter controversy about whether the foreign language should be given in primary school or in secondary school.Some people insist that the earlier they start,the better they learn,while others claim that it also has its drawbacks. People in approval of foreign language in secondary school believe that it is too young for students to comprehend a new language.Since they are poor at mother tongue in primary school,it is common for them to get confused when learning foreign language.Therefore,it not only make no sense on learning foreign language but also affect their local language studying.
