连铸和热轧含油浊环水处理研究 ［摘要］ 连铸、热轧浊环水回水中含有高浓度悬浮物、油污等，容易引起喷淋系统喷嘴堵塞、过滤器滤料板结和偏流，使冷却水供水不足或供水不均，造成铸坯、轧件出现缺陷，以至次品。国内许多生产厂家的浊环水处理工艺中，存在着各种各样不足，供水水质差、运行条件恶化。在已有处理设施不变的情况下，通过配合使用化学助剂，使浊环水供水水质得到很好的改善，解决了系统存在喷嘴堵塞和过滤器滤料板结的隐患，满足了生产高质量铸件和精轧产品的需要。 ［关键词］连铸； 热轧； 连轧；浊环水；水处理；结垢；腐蚀；微生物繁殖；含油废水 Research on The Treatment of Continuous Casting and Hot-rolled Turbid Recirculating Water Wu Xinguo1, Dun Shichao1 , Yi Longxin1,Wang Shifu （Tianjin Research Design Institute of Chemical Industry, Tianjin 300131 China; 2.Tianjin Steel Tube Co,Ltd,Tianjin 300301,China） Abstract：High concentration of suspended substance and greasy dirt etc. in the continuous casting and hot-rolled turbid recirculating water can lead to the blocking of muzzle in the gush and shower system. It may cause the hardening of the material in the filter and produce inclined flow, which may result in the insufficient or improper division of cooling water supply , thus producing defects in ingot blank and rolled piece, or even substandard products. There are various defects to turbid recirculating water treatment technique of many domestic factories , such as the water supply is not satisfactory and the operation conditions deteriorate. Without changing the present treatment facilities and with the help of chemical assistant, the hidden trouble of blocking muzzles and hardening the material in the filter in the system can be solved and the water supply quality of turbid recirculating water can be significantly improved, therefore to a large extent meeting the need of producing high-quality castings and finish rolling products. Key Words：Continuous Casting；Hot-rolled；Continuous-rolled；Turbid Recirculating Water ；Water Treatment；Scale；Corrosion；Microorganism Propagation；Oiliness Waste Water 连铸浊环水来自二冷喷淋系统，用于对铸坯、切割辊道和出坯跨等的直接冷却；热轧浊环水主要用于粗、精轧机、轧辊冷却、加热炉水封及主轧线所有设备的直接冷却。两种浊环水有很多共性，在生产运行过程中，均与被冷却对象（连铸浊环水与铸坯、连铸机；热轧浊环水与轧件、轧机、辊道等）直接接触，被大量的氧化铁皮、金属粉尘、油污等杂质污染。 连铸和热轧浊环回水中高浓度的油污、悬浮物等的存在，使水系统产生腐蚀、结垢和微生物繁殖等故障，最终导致喷淋系统喷嘴堵塞和过滤器滤料板结、偏流，导致冷却水供水不足或供水不均。 随着连铸
