Timely reporting and analysis of such events is an essential part of any effective safety management system. The information gathered through reporting and investigating incidents is helpful in understanding what happened and how future activities can be focused to prevent the recurrence of the same or a similar incident in the future. 本规定提供了在整个项目期间调查和通报事故的一种方法。及时地报告和分析这些事件是安全管理系 统重要的一部分。通过报告和调查事故采集的材料有助于查明事故的原因和经过，并且可以明白将来 如何能够防止同样的或类似的事故再次发生。 As part of this program labor hours worked by all contractor personnel will be collected on a daily basis and tracked along with the incident reports.
