Terms and Conditions of the Bid Process投标程序协议书In this Agreement the following expressions shall have the following meanings:在本协议中，下述术语应具有下述赋予其的意义：Organisation ‘Company Name’, its affiliates or third party associates;“组织”：xxx有限公司 及其分支机构或第三方合作人；Bidder the organisation bidding for a Contract through the Bidding Process;“投标人”：通过投标程序对合同进行投标的组织；Bidding Process the process by which a Bidder, in competition with others, Bids for the award of a Contract from the Organisation which shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Bid Documentation;“投标程序”：投标人，与其他人竞争，就来自组织的项目进行投标所使用的程序，其应遵守本协议的条款和条件以及投标证明文件；Bid Documentation the written terms and conditions of the Organisation under which it will accept a Bid together with the detailed specifications of the goods and/or services to be provided and/or purchased and /or performed under any Contract;“投标证明文件”：组织的书面条款和条件，根据该等条款和条件，组织将接受投标以及详细的货物和/或根据任何合同应提供的和/或购买的和/或执行的服务的规范；Bid an application by a Bidder for a Contract in accordance with the Bid Process in the form of any submitted documents, responses to questions, and/or pricing both online or offline;“标书”：投标人根据投标程序就某项合同所做的申请，其形式为：任何所提交的文件、问题应答和/或在线或离线定价；Bid Date the date by which a Bid must be submitted as set out in the Bid Documentation;“投标日”：按照投标证明文件的规定，必须提交标书的日期；Contract any contract awarded to a Bidder after successful completion of the Bid Process.“合同”：成功完成投标程序后授予投标人的任何合同。This Agreement is subject to the following terms conditions.
