摘 要 本毕业设计来源于实际生产需求，主要任务是设计在, 钻头寿命长, 钻进所需推进力小, 转速低以及钻孔不易偏斜等优点, 在钻孔作业中有较大的优势, 故在矿床勘探、水文地质和凿岩工程等许多领域中, 对潜孔冲击器的需求量越来越大。 本文在详述国内外研究的基础上, 计算机设计, 关键件设计与制造等方面对潜孔冲击器整体结构设计进行了阐述。重点是对冲击器活塞运动受力分析及结构设计。 本文所设计的潜孔钻用冲击器是一种潜入孔中的以压气为动力，通过配气装置控制活塞作往复运动，并冲击钻头将能量传递至钻头而破碎岩石的机具。与这同时，冲击器还在钻机旋转装置及推进装置共同作用下，实现旋转与推进动作。于是，岩体由表及里的受到破坏，并形成具有一定孔径的爆破孔。 关键词：潜孔冲击器 ; 活塞 ; 工作原理 ; 参数设计 ABSTRACT The design graduate from actual production demand, the main task is to design in the open air, dust, humidity, poor air quality in an environment relatively poor work of the down-the-hole drilling with impactor.
