Yes: tell male advantage, or female have to spend time to give birth ,pregnant ,not suitable to stay all the night.
5 what is ur nature of work
Be responsible, orderly, expeditious flow of traffic.
The safety of the aircraft,
Tower: keep eyes on RW,taxiway and apron, or speed ,height, attitude of the aircraft on final, separation between departure and arrival.
APP: keep the safe separation between adjacent aircraft, in order.
6 what is the flow control
Exceeds volumn ot traffic in area, apply restriction to departures or arrivals. Saturated.

Of course. Capacity up to its limit, weather limit aircraft flying, affect the safety. So apply flow control to other units, make sure fixed separation between aircraft .

I don’t think so. Waste passenger’s time , damage the interests of company. Pilot Doubt controller’s decision, ATC have to explain to pilot in patient.
