挤压铸造 ZA27锌合金的摩擦磨损性能 ( ) 白彦华 ,石瑛楠 沈阳工业大学 材料科学与工程学院 ,辽宁 沈阳　110023 摘要 :采用 MM W 1型摩擦磨损试验机对挤压铸造 ZA27合金的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,挤压铸造显 著提高了 ZA27合金的摩擦磨损性能。在转速 200 r/m in、载荷 100 N 、摩擦副为 45钢 ,N 32机油润滑条件下 , ZA27合 2 金的摩擦磨损性能较好 ,其摩擦系数为 0054 ,磨损率为 00192 g/ s ·m 。该合金不适合在干摩擦下工作 。 关键词 :挤压铸造 ; ZA27合金 ;摩擦磨损性能 中图分类号 : TG146. 13; TG249. 2　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 2007) 080063 03 Fr iction and W ear Properties of Squeeze Ca sting ZA27 A lloy BA I Yanhua, SH I Yingnan (College of M aterials Science and Engineering, Shenyang Un iversity of Technology, Shenyang L iaon ing 110023, Ch ina) A b stract: Friction and wear p rop ertie s of squeeze ca st ZA27 alloy were inve stigated w ith MM W 1wear te ster.
