发泡模具转移涂料工艺及性能研究

摘要:提出了适合发泡模具的转移涂料,对转移涂料的工艺和性能进行了研究,选用聚苯乙烯为成膜剂、丙酮、苯乙
烯为溶剂、二氯乙烷为稀释剂配制了性能优良的转移涂料,具有强度适中、成膜性好、转移性好的优点。测量了涂料
的风干时间、软化温度和转移时间。试验表明,室温下风干1 h,软化温度为80~100℃,蒸汽压为0.2 MPa,发泡时间
为3min时,涂料的转移效果最佳。浇注结果显示:所得铸件表面质量明显提高,消失模铸件表面的泡沫珠粒痕迹消
失。与熔模铸造工艺相比,工序大为简化,成本明显下降,效率显著提高,并且对铸件尺寸没有限制。因此发泡模具
转移涂料的研制对消失模铸造行业的发展也具有一定的积极意义。

Research on Process and Properties of Transfer Coating for
Foam ing Mould

Abstract:The transfer coating for foaming mould was developed and its process and properties
was investigated.In this study,the polystyrene was used as俐m f0rming agent,acetone and
cinnamene as solvent,and dichloroethane as diluent。respectively.Prepared transfer coating had an
excellent performance,such as moderate intensity,a good f¨m f0rming ability and transferring
ability.The air drying time.softening temperature and transfer time of the coating were tested.
Results show that as the air drying time was one hour,softening temperature was 80—1 00℃,the
transfer effect of the coating was the best under the condition that the foaming pressure was 0.2 MPa
and the foaming time was three minutes.The cast results show that the SUrface quality of the
casting has a significant improvement;the trace of the foam particle on
