思想政治教育沟通论文：思想政治教育沟通障碍及其化解策略研究 【中文摘要】思想政治教育沟通是思想政治教育信息的传递过程,思想政治教育沟通是在一定的客观环境中由具有主观意识的人发起参与的,因此,沟通过程不可避免的存在一些来自客观和主观方面的障碍因素。化解思想政治教育沟通障碍,既是推动思想政治教育顺利开展的要求,又是实现思想政治教育教育目标的内在需要,具有重大的理论价值和实践价值。鉴于此,文章立足于学界对思想政治教育沟通障碍的研究现状,分三部分对此问题进行深入探讨。第一部分：思想政治教育沟通障碍及相关概念的含义和研究价值。该部分在对思想政治教育沟通的含义进行解读的基础上,概括出思想政治教育沟通障碍的含义,同时对思想政治教育的构成要素和功能进行了分析,对研究思想政治教育沟通障碍的理论价值和实践价值进行了总结。第二部分：思想政治教育沟通过程中的障碍及成因分析。该部分主要从四个方面具体分析了思想政治教育沟通过程中的障碍,一是沟通过程中因社会因素生成的障碍；二是沟通者双方因自身差异生成的障碍；三是沟通过程中因技术因素生成的障碍；四是沟通过程中因情境因素生成的障碍。根据上述障碍,深入分析了其形成的原因,为下文提出具有针对性的化解策略奠定了基础。第三部分：思想政治教育沟通障碍化解的有效策略。该部分立足于上文对思想政治教育沟通过程中存在的障碍及原因分析,从树立“以人为本”的沟通理念、培养和提高教育主客体的沟通素质、创设良好的沟通情境这三方面阐述了化解思想政治教育沟通障碍的有效策略。 【英文摘要】The communication of Ideological and Political Education is The information transfer Process, and is Initiated and participated In certain objective environment by the people who having the subjective consciousness, Therefore, The communication process is Inevitable existed some obstacle factors which from objective and subjective aspects.
