Based on the theory of UCL(Uniform Content Locator) indexing technology for identification of the contents, the indexing frame and mapping method for UCL information of digital TV are determined. A self-organized PB system for digital TV is designed on the double-network structured platform in laboratory, thus implemented the PB of 16-routers programs in the way of fixed speed based on program-heat levels and TDM mode and the data analysis at the client end. This system efficiently demonstrates the feasibility of the self-organized PB technology and provides necessary theoretical basis and experimental data for the design of practical broad-storage TV application model. 【Key words】digital TV; UCL(Uniform Content Locator); parallel-broadcasting; broad-storage TV 0 引
